Easy Healthy Recipe: Peanut Butter Cookies

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Smooth natural peanut butter - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Vanilla - 2 tsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Mix together the whole wheat flour, peanut butter, honey, egg and vanilla until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Combine in whole wheat flour, baking soda, and baking soda. Stir the batter until blended.
